Case Presentation: Intravesical administration of Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG), a live attenuated strain of Mycobacterium bovis, is used as an adjunctive therapy for superficial bladder cancer. Although mostly well tolerated, disseminated infections can occur rarely.
