Case Presentation: A 34-year-old male with recently diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia developed neutropenic fever with right arm pain on day thirteen of induction chemotherapy. He was placed on empiric piperacillin-tazobactam. Blood cultures grew Streptococcus agalactiae.
