Case Presentation: A 66-year-old-male presented with painless jaundice. Laboratory tests were consistent with biliary obstruction, Ca 19-9 was 304.3 IU/mL (N: 0.0-35), and CT scan revealed a pancreatic mass with omental metastasis. The patient underwent ERCP with biopsy.
