Case Presentation: A 60-year-old man with a history of peptic ulcer disease presented to the emergency room with a two-month history of sharp right lower quadrant abdominal pain that worsened with oral intake, nausea, vomiting, an unintentional 25-pound weight loss, and occasional hematochezia.
