Case Presentation: A 53 yo female presented with a subacute syndrome of intermittent fevers, fatigue, heliotrope rash, weight loss, fingertip necrosis, and nodular skin lesions. Skin biopsy was positive for septal and lobular granulomatous panniculitis.
