Case Presentation: A 38 year-old-male with cirrhosis from hepatitis B and C complicated by recurrent ascites, previous spontaneous bacterial peritonitis (SBP), and recurrent hepatic hydrothorax requiring transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt presented with two days of increasing dyspnea at rest.
