Case Presentation: 47-year-old African American incarcerated male presented with headache, new seizures, and blurry vision. Spinal fluid showed high protein, lymphocytes, mildly elevated adenosine deaminase, and low glucose. AFB, bacterial, fungal and viral studies were negative.
