Case Presentation: A 32-year-old female with mast cell activation syndrome, asthma, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, fibromyalgia, steroid-induced osteopenia and insulin-dependent diabetes presented to an outside hospital with acute on chronic thoracic back pain.
